Welcome to our Back-to-School Registration! This is for ONLY CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE STATUS- bio children do not qualify. For a limited time, we are offering to ship school supplies to children in foster care in Winnebago, County. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU LIVE IN WINNEBAGO AND BREMER COUNTY, IOWA. We will continue taking registrations until funding is completed.
