Birthday Bundles

We want to celebrate your child’s birthday! Must apply the month before, month of, or within 30 days of the child’s birthday for adopted or foster children.

We will package up and ship your birthday bundle within 2-3 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email for your Birthday Bundle.

What Comes In Our Birthday Bundles?

Each child will receive at least one gift, a birthday card, and a birthday banner. Your child has a variety of options to choose from for their birthday toys.

How Do You Get A Birthday Bundle?

Must apply online. You will be required to give the same information that is required of all FHF services- Your child’s caseworker’s name, and child’s Medicaid number.

Please note that FHF will put together your Birthday Bundle depending on what you select as your child’s interest and age.
