Birthday Bundles

We want to celebrate your child’s birthday! Foster and adopted children may get a birthday bundle delivered to them courtesy of Families Helping Families. Each birthday bundle includes one gift, a birthday card, and a birthday banner. Gifts vary based on selected age and interest.

How Do You Get A Birthday Bundle?

Apply online using the form below. Information required includes your child’s caseworker’s name and Medicaid number.

Must apply the month before or month of the child’s birthday. You will receive a conformation email for your Birthday Bundle, and we will package and ship it within 2-3 weeks.

Please note that FHF will put together your Birthday Bundle depending on what you select as your child’s interest and age.
