Birthday Bundles:

We want to celebrate your child’s birthday, so we brought back our Birthday Bundles! Please only apply during the month of or the month before the child’s birthday. We are now accepting applications for adopted or foster children.

You will receive a confirmation email for your Birthday Bundle please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. BIRTHDAY BUNDLES MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN ONE WEEK OF YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL BEING SENT OUT. If Birthday Bundle is not picked up within a week, the Birthday Bundle will be returned and you will have to reapply. Please allow 1-2 weeks for completion.

What Comes In Our Birthday Bundles?

Each child will receive one gift, a birthday card, and party decorations. Your child has a variety of options to choose from for their birthday toys.

How Do You Get A Birthday Bundle?

Apply online. Applications are not made over the phone o, through email or in office. You will be required to give the same information that is required of all FHF services- Your child’s caseworker’s name, and child’s Medicaid number.

Please note that FHF will put together your Birthday Bundle depending on what you select as your child’s interest and age.
