Soaring Towards Success
Our Soaring Toward Success Tutoring Program offers tutoring opportunities for students throughout the area, giving children at least a three-month-long tutoring program to help sustain confidence and success in the classroom throughout the school year. This program also covers school supplies, books, and study materials to help kids succeed. If you are a teacher or have tutoring experience, we need you.
Senior Pictures
In recognition of the achievements of foster care youth, we are committed to celebrating this significant milestone. To achieve this, we need photographers to do senior portraits, ensuring that this accomplishment is always remembered. If you’re a photographer and would like to take senior pictures please fill out the application below. Please note services will be paid out by a flat flee given by Families Helping Families depending on the funding available.
Haircut Vouchers
We believe that every child and student should feel confident and empowered when attending school. That’s why we’re proud to offer our “Haircuts for Kids” program. This initiative provides eligible students in foster care with complimentary vouchers for haircuts each year. Currently, we are in search of experienced barbers who can work with all hair types and styles.
Please note services will be paid out by a flat flee given by Families Helping Families depending on the funding available.
